VW MCD: Retrofitting Bluetooth & USB for the Car Radio
The VW MCD is reliable, but it lacks modern interfaces such as Bluetooth music streaming, Bluetooth hands-free calling, a USB port, and a charging function. With our retrofit solutions, you can easily add these features and benefit from simple installation, plug & play technology, and fast delivery.
Compatible vehicles
The VW MCD was installed in various vehicles from the factory. Here is an overview of the compatible models:
- VW Passat (3B)
- VW Passat (3BG)

This important detail must be noted:
- In some cases, the connector slot needed for the streaming box is blocked by a single-piece wide black plug. In this case, you additionally need a cable splitter.
